Project Brief: To re-design the internal layout and build a high end apartment: everything from renewing timber joists, acoustic barrier walls, new thermal installation throughout and triple glazed Victorian style windows. The garden was to be re-designed and landscaped to meet client requirements.

BWC Comment: This stunning Edwardian period property was an absolute joy to work on. The internal space was completely redesigned. We installed all new modern technologies such as Sonos speakers in walls and ceilings, touch-sensitive kitchen units and wet rooms with custom made period joinery, to achieve that Edwardian grand character. Once finished the client instructed an estate agent to give a valuation. On arrival the branch manager said “This property is the best apartment Beckenham has seen”
